Elon Musk sued over $128m unpaid severance at Twitter
Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, is facing a lawsuit over $128 million in unpaid severance at Twitter. The lawsuit alleges that Musk failed to pay the severance package that was due to a former employee who had been let go from the company.
The former employee, who has not been named, was allegedly promised the severance package as part of their employment agreement with Twitter. However, after being let go from the company, they claim that Musk failed to honor the agreement and did not pay the $128 million that was owed.
The lawsuit is seeking to force Musk to pay the full amount of the severance package, as well as damages for breach of contract. Musk has not yet publicly commented on the lawsuit.
