Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to our website. We value the rights of intellectual property and expect the same in return. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, copyright owners can submit a takedown notice to our DMCA Agent if they find any infringements on our site. As an internet service provider, we are protected by the ‘safe harbor’ provisions of the DMCA.

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A signature of the copyright owner or their authorized agent is required.
  2. You need to identify the copyrighted work that has been infringed.
  3. Information to help locate the infringing material, preferably with the URL of the page.
  4. Contact information of the complaining party.
  5. A statement confirming that the material has been used without authorization.
  6. A statement declaring the accuracy of the notification.

If you falsely represent information in the infringement claim, you may face civil penalties under Title 17 USC ยง512(f). Takedown notices can be sent through our Contact page via email.

We may share your identity with the alleged infringer when processing a copyright infringement claim. By submitting a claim, you agree to this procedure.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If a material takedown notice has been issued, you can submit a counter notification for the restoration of the material. Your notification must include a signature, details of the removed material, a statement of good faith belief, and your contact information.

Send your counter notice through our Contact page via email.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We take copyright infringement seriously and maintain a list of DMCA notices to identify repeat offenders. Accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated.
