Firefighters tackle blaze at industrial unit in Chard

On Tuesday morning, firefighters responded to a fire at an industrial unit in Chard. The blaze was reported to be fierce and required multiple units to contain and extinguish the flames.

Despite the challenges presented by the size of the fire and the materials involved, firefighters were able to successfully bring the blaze under control and prevent it from spreading to neighboring buildings.

No injuries were reported as a result of the fire, but the industrial unit sustained significant damage. An investigation is currently underway to determine the cause of the blaze.
